Negotiating the Sale
We treat all incoming offers seriously and handle them accordingly. When the offer is less than the listing price, we'll evaluate all available information and present you with our recommendations.
Usually, we'll prepare and respond with a counteroffer.
However, if your property is priced right and strongly appeals to a qualified Buyer, you could receive a full price offer accompanied with a demand for a short escrow term. In each situation, we do the homework and put 20+ years of successful negotiation to work, always looking out for your best interest.
Closing the deal
The closing - or escrow - opens when the Seller accepts the offer or counteroffer. As your agent, we work closely with the Buyer’s agent and the title company to ensure all terms and timing of the offer are met.
When the time for your document signing arrives, we will be present to make sure any questions or last-minute issues are addressed. We can all say ‘Escrow is closed! The deal is done!’ when all requirements are met.
